| There
have been several official investigations into this event, the
first being led by Chief Justice Earl Warren. This was followed
in 1976 by the House Assassinations Committee investigation,
which resulted in the unusual verdict that a conspiracy had
indeed existed, but with very little conclusive information
to back this up. |
